At OVRKST, we stand behind the quality of every piece we create. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging (including tags and accessories).
• Limited edition / drop pieces are eligible for exchange or store credit only, unless defective.

Process

1. Email us at support@ovrkst.com with your order number.
2. We’ll provide a prepaid return label (if applicable).
3. Once inspected, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method, or store credit if you prefer.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Worn or damaged products not caused by manufacturing defect

Exchanges

If you need a different size, please request an exchange when initiating your return. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

Defective or Wrong Item

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, email us within 7 days of delivery so we can fix the issue quickly at no cost.
